General Terms & Consent

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account is fully verified. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed or held. cb22 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal for security review.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on cb22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on cb22 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires a 20x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, cb22 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not allowed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.

4.4 VIP Program

cb22's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Tiers can be advanced through regular gaming activity. Contact the cb22 support team for full details on VIP benefits.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

cb22 guarantees fair play in all gaming activities. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt by a user to influence a game's outcome will result in strict action.

For incomplete game sessions caused by a technical error or system outage, cb22 will make a decision after investigation. Funds lost due to a genuine error may be refunded; however, cb22 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from an error.

5.4 Sports Betting

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Account Closure by cb22

cb22 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If requested verification documents are not provided in time.
• If money laundering is suspected.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. If the wagering requirements on a pending bonus have not been met before the account is closed, that bonus will be cancelled. Funds already earned and available for withdrawal will be returned.
